1.Terra: Nissan's popular midsize SUV in the Philippines
While not the largest SUV in the Nissan PH lineup, the Nissan Terra is now one of the most popular mid-size SUVs in the country, to the point of being one of the company's best-selling cars. In addition to being released later than most of its current competitors; Toyota Fortuner, Isuzu Mu-X and Mitsubishi Montero Sport.
The Nissan Terra shares many features with the Navara, but is much more visible on the road.
The Nissan Terra, like most mid-size competitors currently available, is based on a pickup truck. Specifically, the D23 Nissan Navara pickup. As such, it has a body-on-frame design to handle rough terrain right from the dealership.
Of course, if you plan to regularly drive the Nissan Terra off-road, we recommend buying the top-of-the-line Nissan Terra 2.5 4x4 BL AT.
Despite being based on the Navara pickup truck,Nissan Terrait differs from the first in its transparent interior and exterior. The Terra's built-in dashboard is particularly notable for its silver accents around the touchscreen and climate control controls.

Nissan Terra VL 4x2 2020 review: SUV Philippines
Under the hood of the Nissan Terra is a 2.5-liter diesel engine mated to a 7-speed automatic or 6-speed manual transmission. There is a 4x2 version as well as a 4x4 version. As for the engine itself, it can produce around 188 hp and 450 Nm of torque, one of the most powerful figures in its class in the Philippine car market at the time of the Terry's launch.

The only complaints we have with the Nissan Terra are the rather insufficient amount of legroom in the third row and the lack of a cheaper 4x4 variant.
2. Patrol Royale - Nissan's flagship SUV in the Philippines
Considered the flagship of Nissan inSUV models are availablePatrol Royale fills an important niche for the company in the Philippines. It competes with Toyota Land Cruiser and Mitsubishi Pajero. As such, the Patrol Royale is one of the few full-size SUVs available in the Philippine car market.

3. X-Trail: Nissan's oldest SUV, manufactured in the Philippines
The Nissan X-Trail is one of Nissan's oldest crossover SUV platforms still available today. It was released in 2000 along with many other crossovers such as Mazda Tribute, Ford Escape and many others.
At its launch, the X-Trail sat between the Nissan X-terra compact SUV and the larger Nissan Pathfinder.

Thanks to the modern version, the 2020 Nissan X-Trail is significantly different from previous generations. It features Nissan's signature V-motion grille. In addition, the once square exterior has been replaced with a slimmer, more modern shape.
Under the mask of the so-calledNissan X-Trail to koopgets two engine options; the larger 2.5-liter QR25DE is onboard the 4x4 version, while the smaller 2.0-liter MR20DD drives the 4x2 version.
For the 2.5-liter engine, it delivers around 171 hp and 233 Nm of torque, while the 2.0-liter engine delivers 144 hp and 200 Nm of torque. Both versions use the same CVT transmission and also have limited slip differentials.
